You can visit the Four Paws Animal Hospital in Bridgeville, DE, to have your puppy checked.
You should take them within the first 7 days of taking the puppy home.
Unfortunately, no. Our puppies need one more round of vaccines at 12 weeks old before they come into contact with fully vaccinated animals.
Our puppies are up to date on all vaccines. Your pet may come spayed or neutered, but we can only provide you with the paperwork, and you’ll have to do the rest.
Isolate them and identify what seems to be the problem. If it’s a behavioral issue, seek dog training at a reputable dog trainer near you.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept any return request once the puppy leaves the store. Since we don’t know what they have been in contact with, it could cause an issue with the rest of our puppies, so we try to avoid it as much as possible.

Our puppies are very vulnerable at their age. They are almost like a newborn child, so we try to mitigate any issues that they will have in the future. We take very strict guidelines on sanitation and handling of our pups. That’s why we allow playing with the puppy before taking it home.

We do accept returns of pet supplies, depending on how damaged the product may be. Please speak with our in-store representative for further details.
